Prof Diether Lambrechts (VIB, Leuven, Angiopredict Scientific Co-ordinator) recently presented at the AACR "Tumor Angiogenesis and Vascular Normalization: Bench to Bedside to Biomarkers" special conference in Orlando, Florida on 6 March 2015.The title of Prof Lambrecht's presentation was "Genetic and epigenetic changes underlying resistance to anti-angiogenic therapies". Prof Lambrechts is also scheduled to participate in the upcoming AACR Annual Conference in Philadelphia in April 2015. He will Chair the special session "Biomarkers of Antiangiogenic Therapy: Are We Lost in Translation" on April 19th and will deliver an oral presentation entitled "Genetic and epigenetic markers predictive of anti-angiogenic treatment outcome"
