Key presentations by Angiopredict’s Dr Sudipto Das (RCSI) on optimising workflow

Dr Sudipto Das (from Angiopredict partner RCSI) has recently made a number of significant presentations focused on understanding different strategies to optimise both experimental and bioinformatic workflow (which allows the effective identification of mutation and DNA methylation alterations in difficult-to-handle tissue type).
Dr Das made the following presentations:
- Dr Das was shortlisted for the Royal Academy of Medicine in Ireland (RAMI) Barcroft Medal and presented "Tailoring approaches for global epigenome and mutational analysis from a FFPE samples perspective" at the RAMI Biomedical Sciences Division annual meeting in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (June, 2015).
- Dr Das presented "Exploring the genome and epigenome of metastatic colorectal cancer
using a sequence capture strategy" at the Genome Sciences Meeting 2015, in Birmingham, U.K., in August, 2015. - At the European Society of Human Genetics annual meeting, Glasgow, UK in May, 2015, Dr Das presented "Tailoring approaches for global genetic and epigenetic analysis from a FFPE samples perspective".
All 3 presentations shared the same focus on understanding various strategies for optimising experimental and bioinformatic workflow, an important element of our work in Angiopredict.
